Rumah Lelong

Salam everyone... Long time no see haaa... Sorry, a bit mls and no story to update.. Anyway.. Yesterday Im on leave and went to Mahkamah Jalan Duta for house auction.. My hubby ponteng kerja.. Heheheh...

I have to wake up early in the morning and kuar umah bout 6.30am... Because we are worried dengan jam.. And we arrived around 8am.. My hubby is driving and me is sleeping beside him.. Hhhhmm.. Sorry darling.. Ngantuk sangat..

Then we go for breakfast kat kafe dalam building tuh.. Sementara tunggu our agent sampai.. That agent pesan to us suh awl and said he will be there at 8.30.. Hampeh.. Kul 9 baru sampai...

After we finished our breakfast, kitorg jalan-jalan lah sat.. Pusing-pusing dalam building tuh.. Cantik sangat dalam tuh... Tengah round-round tuh, our agent pon sampai then we go to Mahkamah lelong.. After our agent risik-risik, ader lah 2 org bidder yg nak kan umah tuh.. That house price dia RM390k.. Double story end lot.. They 2 pown seem like interested gak with that house...

So, after kitorg tau, rasalah a bit sedih mungkin tak dapat lah that house kan.. Yer lah kitorg pown budget tak byk.. Al-maklumlah, kitorg kan baru kawin and tgh control our cash flow.. Dengan rasa hampanya kitorg berserah jer, kalau ader rezeki kitorg dptlah that house.. Kalau tak der, tak derlah..

Hasil perbincangan our agent dgn agent yg lain, diorg deal mcm mana aku tak sure lah kan.. Tp they setuju lah utk bagi that house to us.. But we still not dalam keadaan yg selamat lagi.. Because tak masuk lagi bilik auction, and in my mind anything still can happended..

Around 10.30am, we entered the room.. Within 5 minutes that house is ours... Don't know how to describe here, betapa gumbiranya hati ini... Thanx GOD.. Alhamdulillah.. Dah settle yg tuh.. Sign agreement and ect.. We blah from mahkamah and terus ke IOI Mall, jumpa Mr. Saifuz utk hal house loan.. Lepas settle with him, we go to KWSP Shah Alam to enquiry how the process utk kuarkan EFP utk beli umah.. Sepanjang jalan to KWSP, I tido jerk.. Tak larat nak tahan mata.. My huby stop 2 3 times tanya org pown i tak sedar hehehe... Sedar2 dah sampai...

Dah settle kat KWSP kitorg balik umah, igt nak jumpa org CIMB... Hampeh.. Janji ptg bwk ke mlm.. Mlm bwk ke ahri ni.. Mcm nih ler kalau kerja ngan melayu.. Apa nak jadi nih? So today, my hubby akan settlekan hal tuh.. Sbb umah yg kitorg beli tuh under CIMB...

I think that's all fo today.. Anyway, auction smlm is my new experience in my life.. Quite interesting.. Kalau muka tebal, hati kebal, leh lah jadi agent lelong umah.. hehehe... Masyuuukkkk wa cakap lu beb...
